Loot Coins are a virtual currency that replaces the Loyalty Rewards system. Instead of automatically unlocking fixed rewards after reaching specific milestones, you’ll have the flexibility to pick any rewards available after you’ve collected enough Loot Coins.
Loot Coins will be awarded by subscribing, and the longer you keep your subscription active, the higher the rate you’ll get Loot Coins, as well as by purchasing previous bundles, including the Journey sets, when bought directly from Loot using the My Cart function.
Loot Coins have been retroactively granted since August 2023, when we announced the new Loot Rewards system.
Yes. Honoring what you’ve unlocked is part of our core principles, so rest assured that all you currently have will remain unlocked. Sometimes, errors happen, and we may inadvertently press the wrong buttons, so please let us know if you notice anything missing.
No, your multiplier will be reset if you cancel your subscription.

In order to maintain a healthy system, we made so Loot Coins expire a year after you've received them. When you exchange Loot Coins for any products, you'll spend your oldest balance first, automatically, so you'll always be able to enjoy them to the fullest!
Yes, the new Loot Rewards system will be completely tied to the Loot Coins currency.
When designing this new system, we took special care so members can afford to redeem the new Mid and End of Season Rewards while being on the starter level tier, and even have some spare Coins to get other great content.
Long time members will have plenty of Coins to be able to redeem all the new seasonal rewards plus a lot of extra content.
Also, if one of these seasonal rewards is not your cup of tea, you may skip it and spend your Coins on anything else you prefer.
