What is changing in the Loot subscription?
Starting June 11th, we are introducing a simpler and more flexible subscription model. Instead of multiple plans with different names and options, there will now be just two plan choices: Single Loot – 1 bundle choice per month, Double Loot – 2 bundle choices per month. This update is designed to make it easier to choose and get the most value from your subscription, while continuing to improve the quality and variety of our bundles over time.
Can I still choose between a Fantasy or Sci-Fi bundle?
Yes. With the new Loot Subscription plans, you can choose your preferred genre each month—whether Fantasy or Sci-Fi. You're no longer locked into a single thematic
When i will receive my monthly choice?
Your monthly choice will be available in your account on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I don’t use my monthly choice?
Your bundle choice will remain valid for 30 days. After that it will automatically redeem the most recent available Fantasy bundle to your account. This ensures you never lose value from your subscription. We recommend selecting your bundles before the 30-day expiration.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You have lifetime access to the bundles you already own, and they will stay in your logged area available to download whenever you need. Your Loot Coin monthly earnings will be reset and you will lose access to member discounts and new releases. Yearly plans can be canceled within 14 days of purchase. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
When are new bundles released?
There are no changes to the bundle release schedule. You can use your monthly choice(s) on any available bundle once they are released.
Can I have more than one subscription?
No, you can only subscribe once.
