I am happy with my current subscription. Do I need to take any action?
No action is needed. All existing subscribers are automatically grandfathered into their current plans through Hotmart, so you can keep enjoying your subscription as it is.
Will my plan automatically update to Dual if I’m subscribed to both Fantasy and Sci-Fi?
No, switching won’t be automatic. Any changes to your subscription require your input, so you’ll need to manually opt into the newer plans if you'd like to switch. Loot does not automatically apply discounts or issue refunds in these cases, so it’s up to each member to choose the option that works best for them.
Can I have more than one subscription?
No, you can only subscribe once.
If I change my subscription to a Premium plan, what will happen when I reach the stage where I don’t have further bundles to redeem?
If you end up without bundles to receive, you'll automatically be moved to the corresponding Standard plan, and if your pricing was grandfathered, you'll keep that as well.
What if I switch to a higher tier plan now, but want to downgrade later on?
If you switch before or on April 30th, 2025, you’ll lock in the early adopter price. However, if you choose to change your plan after that date, any updates will follow the regular pricing.
